Drop Off Instructions

The location of the sale is 1300 Lindsay Lane, Athens, AL 35613. Please bring your items to the Back Building.

NO FREE ITEMS TABLE! We no longer have a table or location for free/donated items. When you are dropping off your items for consignment please do NOT leave any other items for the freebie table as it will no longer be there. We will NOT accept any items without consignor tags or items that are marked FREE. You may still choose to donate any unsold consigned items after the sale.

• Consignor Passes: When you drop off your items for consignment, you will be given a ticket. This ticket is ONLY GOOD FOR YOU to come shop at the consignors early shopping sale on Thursday at 6:00 pm. You will need to bring the ticket with you to shop on Thursday night. No ticket. No Entry. No children under the age of 15 are allowed during the Consignor Presale.
• Select a drop off time so we know when to expect you.
• Drop Off Times are as listed:
  • Wednesday 3:00 pm – 6:00pm
  • Thursday 7:00 am – 10:00 am
  • Thursday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Register for a drop off time HERE.
• Please arrive during our designated times.    

• Sign in at the registration desk. 

• A Volunteer will be sorting through your consignment items to ensure they follow our rules and are stain/hole free. Items that do not meet our standards will be returned to you. Please do NOT leave any unaccepted items for donation, as we are no longer offering a free items table.

• You are responsible for hanging up your own clothing.

• Bring a stamped self-addressed envelope. You can purchase a stamp/envelope for $1 at the sale.

• Clothing must be sorted by size and gender when you bring them in.  

• For your children’s safety we ask that NO CHILDREN be brought into the FLC during drop off. 

• If they are with you please leave them in your car and allow a volunteer to assist unloading your items.   

• Leave your clearly labeled bins or containers unless you plan to donate all unsold items.  We will place all unsold items into your clearly marked bins at the end of the sale for easy pick up. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR LIDS AT HOME. They will not be returned to you.
